I’ve seen people doing dumbbell rows with stacks of weight —
but they can’t do a single pull-up.
If you can’t pull your own body through space,
do you really think you’re recruiting your back muscles properly?
You’re just throwing weight around using whatever muscles can fake the movement.
This is why so many people train hard and still look soft.
It’s why strength doesn’t carry over to real life.
It’s why injuries stack up.
It’s why they never get that “next level” feel, no matter how much effort they throw in.

I’ve worked alongside “top” trainers who couldn’t cue a squat without someone folding over like a lawn chair.
It’s not their fault — the whole system’s broken.
Trainers are taught to throw workouts at people.
